Any user external to the organization wishing to access materials (beyond what is available online) must complete our registration process before visiting or receiving copies.

Users will be asked to:

• Complete the Archives User Agreement (below)
• Provide photo identification (such as a hospital ID, valid driver’s license, or passport)
• Once your application is approved by the archivist(s), receive, review and agree to our user guidelines and duplication policies.
